(Decisions made at OIC meeting )
The decisions taken to help the 40 million unarmed Muslims in Afghanistan are as follows:

The meeting called on UN agencies to continue relief activities in Afghanistan in collaboration with the OIC.

Participants welcomed Uzbekistan's move to build a UN logistics center

The meeting called on the international community to provide immediate assistance to Afghan citizens and countries hosting Afghan refugees.

The participants agreed that the international community should urge the UN Security Council that international sanctions should not be an obstacle to humanitarian aid.

The meeting agreed that the international community would be in constant touch with Afghanistan to ensure humanitarian assistance to the Afghan people.

The participants agreed that the OIC would continue to play a key role in providing assistance to the Afghan people

Participants instruct OIC Secretary General to take financial and logistical steps in this regard to OIC Mission in Kabul

The participants agreed that it would be recognized that Afghanistan is facing serious difficulties and that the focus will be on easy access to the legal banking sector to address these issues.

The meeting agreed that Afghanistan would be given access to economic resources and frozen assets would be restored to stave off an economic crisis.

It was decided at the meeting that a Human Trust Fund would be set up for Afghanistan under the Islamic Development Bank.

The participants agreed that the OIC General Secretariat, in collaboration with the Islamic Development Bank and the Humanitarian Trust Fund, would ensure the financial resources and humanitarian assistance of the United Nations and formulate a strategy in this regard.

The meeting requested the Islamic Development Bank to ensure activation of the Human Trust Fund by the first quarter of 2022.

It was agreed at the meeting that the member countries would announce pledges from Islamic financial institutions, donors and other international partners to provide humanitarian trust funds for Afghanistan, as well as humanitarian aid to Afghanistan.

The meeting decided that the OIC General Secretariat, in collaboration with the World Health Organization and other relevant stakeholders, would assist in providing vaccines as well as other medical equipment, technical and related assistance to the people of Afghanistan.

The meeting decides to launch Afghanistan Food Security Program and requests the Islamic Organization for Food Security to take necessary steps in this regard using the organization's food security resources when necessary.

OIC member states encourage international donors, UN funds and programs, and other international organizations to ensure Afghanistan's food security.

The Secretary-General reiterates his call on the OIC Secretary-General to work with donor financial institutions to provide much-needed humanitarian and economic assistance to Afghan refugees in Afghanistan as well as neighboring countries.

The member states urgently call on the international community, including the United Nations, international organizations and international financial institutions to continue to provide all possible and necessary rehabilitation, reconstruction, development, financial, educational, technical and material assistance to Afghanistan as a policy tool.

The meeting reaffirms the importance of combating terrorism in Afghanistan and ensures that Afghanistan's territory will not be used as a platform or safe haven by any extremist group or organization.

The meeting called on Afghanistan to take concrete steps against all terrorist organizations, especially Al Qaeda, ISIS and its affiliates ETIMO and TTP.

The Summit reaffirms that peace, security and stability in Afghanistan will contribute to the safe and dignified return of all Afghan refugees and internally displaced persons and to play a constructive role in Afghanistan's development.

The meeting urges the international community to be vigilant against those who undermine the possibility of provocations inside and outside the country in order to restore peace and stability in Afghanistan.

The meeting calls on the Afghan authorities to develop a roadmap to strengthen the participation of all Afghans, including women and girls, in all aspects of Afghan society.

The meeting called for concerted efforts to rebuild the necessary capacity of relevant Afghan state institutions to address the challenges of terrorism, drug trafficking, money laundering, organized crime and illegal immigration.

It was decided at the meeting that OIC Assistant Secretary General for Humanitarian Aid and Cultural Affairs Ambassador Tariq Ali Bakhin would be appointed Special Representative of the OIC Secretary General for Afghanistan.

A delegation of eminent religious scholars and scholars will be led by the International Islamic Jurisprudence Academy and other relevant religious bodies. The delegation will discuss important issues with Afghanistan, including tolerance and equal access to moderate education in Islam Islam includes women's rights

The Special Envoy of the Secretary-General of the Islamic Development Bank and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation for Afghanistan will present a report on the steps taken to implement this resolution at the 18th meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers.

The meeting requests the Secretary General of the OIC to present a report at the 18th meeting which addresses the humanitarian and economic situation in Afghanistan !!!
