The meaning of is
Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I read “Lahool walaquwa al-Allah” in front of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and he said: Do you know what it means? I said, "Allah and His Messenger know best."
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) himself said: This means that there is no power to turn away from sin except from the protection of Allaah and not from the power to worship Allaah except with the help of Allaah. He keeps asking for forgiveness, Allah makes every difficulty easy for him and removes every sorrow - and provides for him from a place where he does not even think of it.
The Benefits of Lacking Power
. This word is the treasure of Paradise under the Throne - and the roof of Paradise is the Divine Throne.
. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “There is no cure except for Allaah.”
(Whether in this world or in the Hereafter)
That is, it removes grief from the heart .... peace and contentment comes in the heart.
Whenever you feel anxiety and grief in your heart, then sit in one place and recite it in your heart a hundred times or more.
